Siming Lu is a writer, performer from Nanning, China, currently based in Taipei. She studied and lived in the United States for several years. Beginning with playwriting and research into social issues, her practice has gradually expanded toward writing and performing fictional solo works. Her work is driven by writing and world-building, using comic framing and absurdity to construct distinctive theatrical realities.
